The objective is to discover out the crucial defects of this issue and to outline possible solutions which would improve the weaknesses – of internal communication. The master´s thesis consists of three parts: The theoretical part is concerned about communicational instruments which have been used by the operational company ČEPRO, a.s. The analytical part describes implementation of communicational instruments in the company. (external communication, internal communication, crisis communication and communication during the new product implementation) The proposal part recommends appropriate elements for efficient communication within the current communication system in the company.

This thesis describes challenges in designing, developing and testing web user interfaces. It discusses human-computer interaction, communication channels and user interface analogy to the real world. User interfaces can be designed     to be optimal for a specific action or to suite the user. A design of interfaces focused on users utilize methods, such as gamification and improving user experience, which can improve interface usability. User interface development is demonstrated on     web page development. Further, the thesis describes 3 web user interface testing methods. The methods are demonstrated by designing, developing, and testing user interface of a web strategy game.

This master's thesis named The influence of communication channels on decision making of first-time voters shown on the elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in 2017 focuses on the influence and use of the consumption of communication channels on the decision making of first-time voters. This thesis also portrays the phenomenon of contemporary opinion leaders, such as YouTubers, bloggers, and other Internet celebrities. The theoretical section of the thesis describes the organization of elections to the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, defines the first-time voter in terms of psychological and sociological, discusses the impact of socialization within family, school, and media, presents the concept of political efficacy, and describes the electoral participation of adolescents. In addition, this thesis focuses on current trends in the consumption of communication channels by young people and opinion leaders. This section draws upon particular international studies and other relevant literature. The aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of internal communication of the organization Junák - český skaut, z.s. in last two years. Theoretical part lays down basic goals, purpose, outputs, and strategy of internal communication and focuses on its specifics in the non-profit sector generally and in the organization Junák specifically. The practical part of the thesis uses elements of the GAP Analysis and looks for gaps between the ideal and current state of communication in the organization. It suggests organizational plans to fill the gaps and overview of risks involved.
